"fhe proposed amendment is in Ramseyer format, and a draft copy of Bill 54, Draft 5, is attached. The proposed amendment will add a new Condition "G", and read as follows: New Condition "G" regarding improvements: G. Roadway Curb Gutter, Sidewalk, Drainage, and Driveway Improvements Left turns to and from the subject property shall be prohibited within 75 feet of the intersection of Olowalu Street and Kamanu Street right-of-wad eg nts. The applicant shall either close off the approach to Olowalu Street mauka driveway or install a median barrier within Olowalu Street to prevent left htrns to and from the mauka driveway, until a new driveway entrance shall be constructed on Oluwalu Street, 75 feet or greater from said intersection, meeting with the approval oPDepartment of Public Works, at no cost to the County.
