William Sewake, Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: WAIMALINO LANE (OFF AMAUULU ROAD) <br />TAX MAP KEY 2-6-07 <br /> <br />The Department of Water Supply has no objections to abandoning the existing <br />waterline within the road right-of-way, situated within the parcel identified as <br />Tax Map Key 2-6-07:5, provided the following are complied with: <br /> <br />1. The entire cost required to cut and plug the existing waterline will be <br />borne by whomever purchases the right-of-way. <br /> <br />2. The purchaser will also be responsible for all costs required if existing <br />water services must be relocated. We are unable to determine if any services <br />are involved until the boundary of the parcel is located on the ground. <br /> <br />3. .
