We corresponded with Ki
Emler and Warren Lee from the Department of Public Works and objected to the mini
traffic study and the re-surveying. Ki Emler is following up on our survey stakes that
were removed during the recent road improvements to Hinalani, Kaman, and Olowalu
Streets.

We are opposed to Brenda Ford's proposed floor amendment to Bill No. 54 and
Condition G in Bill No. 54.
We continue to oppose any dedication of our land and respectfully request that we
should not be required to alter, change, or amend our Olowalu Street driveways, any
fencing and sight distances which were completed, accepted, and occupied prior to the
Revision of Chapter 22, Hawaii County Code.

ge' rec ate your understanding.

ly,
fo

Will and Dixie Minson
