The proposal was provided to the Police Chief for review and <br /> approval was granted on June 29, 2009. <br /> <br /> The proposal was presented to the Hawaii County Council Committee on Finance at <br /> their 08/18/09 mtg . As required by the County Charter, the meeting agenda was <br /> posted for public notice one week prior to the meeting. The public was provided an <br /> opportunity to comment on agenda items at the meeting. <br />
