Ford, Council Member <br />SUBJECT: Status of the Oceanside 1250 ("Hokuli`a") project lawsuit, construction, and <br />bond(s) <br />~_~ <br />The County Council needs to be apprised by Corporation Counsel on the status of the Oceanside <br />1250 ("Hokuli`a") project lawsuit, construction, and bond(s). Currently, the construction is on <br />hold while the Coupe' lawsuit is pending.
