COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 79A <br />I nr~r 2 ) <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />09 85 ~' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, <br />is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br />PROGRAM <br />Roadway Projects (Engineering) <br />Bridge Inspection, Repair, & Replacement, <br />Program (Engineering) <br />ADA Curb Cut & Accessible Route Program <br />AMOUNT <br />$2,000,000 <br />1,000,000 <br />500,000 <br />(Engineering) <br />Local Road Improvements (Highways) <br />TOTAL <br />3 500,000 <br />$7,000,000 <br />Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br />on the attached Exhibit A, Draft 2. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from that portion of the <br />Highway Fund which is designated as the Fuel Tax Increase Account No. 3104.06, and <br />which consists of the increase fuel tax revenues created pursuant to Resolution No. <br />504-08. <br />
