No. 414/Bill No. 104 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 104, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 104, transmitted by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 414, dated <br />June 22, 2009, amends Ordinance No. 09-64, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2010. <br />The amendment is as follows: <br />FROM <br />3609.61Fund Balance from Prior Year-Designated County Hsg Revolving $221.75 <br />TO <br />154.461.5464.60 Kohala Ranch Project IV County Hsg Revolving $191.66 <br />154.461.5464.61 Luala` i at Parker Ranch Phase ll County Hsg Revolving 25.95 <br />154.461.5464.62 Wainani Estates Subdivision Phase I County Hsg Revolving 4.14 <br />TOTAL $221.75 <br />These funds will be maintained separately and will be expended in accordance to the requirements of their <br />respective housing agreements. <br />Your Committee recommended passage of Bill 104 on first reading on July 7, 2009. Items from all <br />committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote for issues of legality.
