Lee, via Communication <br />No. 405, dated April 28, 2009, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2 (Moving Vehicles), <br />Section 24-265, Schedule 13 (Yield locations), paragraph (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County <br />Cade 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered <br />to read as follows: <br />"( ) Akolea Road, southbound approach to bridge adjacent to <br />parcels 2-5-6:130, 2-5-47:2, 2-5-56:41, and 2-5-56:43." <br />At its meeting of July 7, 2009, Your Committee recommended the passage of Bill 98 on first <br />reading. Items from all committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of <br />legality.
