Lee, via Communication No. 407, <br />dated .Tune 1, 2009, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1, Section 24-255, Schedule 3 <br />(25 mile per hour limit), paragraph (g), Puna, of the IIawai`i County Code 1983 (200 edition, as <br />amended), by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />"( 1 South Kulani Road." <br />At its meeting of July 7, 2009, Your Committee recommended passage of Bill 100 on first <br />reading. Items from all committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of <br />legality.
