Lee, via Communication No. 367, dated <br />May 15, 2009, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 1 (Speed Limits) Section 24-256, Schedule 4 (30 <br />mile per hour limit), paragraph (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), to be <br />appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />"(3) Mamalahoa Highway, from a point [few] five thousand one hundred feet <br />in [a] the southerly direction from the terminus of the State Highway in <br />Honalo to the [~:::~s] be inning of the State Highway [at] in Captain <br />Cook." <br />At its meeting of,luly 7, 2009, Your Committee recommended passage of Bill 91 on first reading. Items <br />from all committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of legality.
