Kenoi, dated June 22, 2009, nominates <br />Mr. Scott Stabo of Council District 6 to serve on the Hawaii County Fire Commission. <br />Your Committee recommended confirmation of this appointment on July 7, 2009. Items from all <br />committee agendas for July 7, 2009 were put to a re-vote due to issues of legality.
