No. 428/Bill No. 107 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom~ <br /> Ben Franklin Building, 2nd Floor <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 107, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Bill No. 107, transmitted by County Clerk Kenneth Goodenow, via Communication No. 428 <br /> dated June 30, 2009, amends certain sections of the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 2, relating to the <br /> Department of Human Resources (Hawai`i County Charter - Article VII, Chapter 1).
