Goodenow, dated April 21, 2009 <br /> presents proposed amendments to Chapters 2, 6,23,25,28, and 34, of the Hawaii County Code <br /> 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended). The amendments relate to the conversion from a single <br /> planning commission to Windward and Leeward planning commissions. <br /> <br /> The proposed amendments were forwarded to the Planning Department and the Planning <br /> Commissions for review and action.
