No. 478/Res 223-09 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawa`i <br /> TIME: 1.00 p in. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 223-09, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 233-09, transmitted jointly with Bill 128, by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via <br /> Communication No. 478, dated August 6, 2009, authorizes the Office of the Mayor to enter into an <br /> agreement with the United States of American for the Recovery Act Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) <br /> Program <br /> <br /> The Office of the Prosecutor will use its share of $150,000 to upgrade its computer server environment <br /> which will enable them to immediately maintain a central data repository, utilize system management <br /> tools and to implement the latest version of its document management system.
