<br />COUNTY OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />BILL NO. 92A <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09 9~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-106 OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAW AI'I, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVE:MENTS <br />DESCRIBED THEREIN. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAThTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 08-106, is hereby further amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 2. Authorization of Bonds. There are hereby authorized for issuance and <br />sale, in one or more series, Bonds of the County, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed <br />$114,588,700, for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs (including costs of issuance <br />of the Bonds) of the public improvement projects authorized and set forth in ~bit f., Draft 2J <br />. Exhibit A. Draft 3." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. <br />In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br />included. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to <br />any person or circwnstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />"" <br />
