AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEI IICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10. division 1. section 24 -255, schedule 3 (25 mile per <br /> • hour limit), paragraph (g), Puna, is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately <br /> numbered and to read as follows: <br /> "( ) South Kopua Road." <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br /> and underscoring need not he included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can he given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
