<br />o <br /> <br /> <br />o <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />BILL NO. 146 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAW AI'I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 ~DITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. To promote public safety and reduce the risk of traffic accidents <br />on thisnanow, winding road. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24~280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at any time), paragraph (c), South Hila, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br />amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"() Pi'ihonua Road, both sides, beginning from the northern terminus <br />of Bridge 25-1, extending .5 mile in the northwesterly direction." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
