Ford, Council Member ~ %.~ <br /> <br />Proposed Amendments to Bill 137; Relating to an Ordinance Amending <br />Ordinance No. 06-105 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Please find attached proposed amendments to Bill 137. The amendments are illustrated below via <br />Ramseyer format with respect to Bill 137. Proposed amendments are bolded for illustrative purposes <br />only. The attached draft copy of Bill 137, Draft 2, incorporates these amendments and is illustrated via <br />Ramseyer fonnat with respect to the existing provisions of Ordinance No. 06-105. <br /> <br />I. Condition D is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"D. The project shall consist of a maximum of 695.282 acres for single-family <br />and multi-family residential, commercial uses, hotel, university and public <br />school facilities, dry forest preserve, archaeological and cave preserve <br />areas, active and passive parks, a trail system and supporting <br />infrastructure. The applicant shall meet with the Kona Community <br />Development Plan Action Committee within 60 davs of the effective <br />date of this amendment for the committee's input to this application." <br /> <br />2. Condition E is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"E.
