No. 491/Bill No. 134 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> 78-128 Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 134, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Bill No. 134, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 491, dated <br /> August 12, 2009, amends Ordinance No. 09-65, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending June 30, 2010, <br /> by adding the following project: <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Mid-Level Road, 110.399.5397.77 $10,000,000 <br /> (Ane Keohokalole Highway) - Federal <br /> <br /> Funds for these projects shall be provided from: $10,000,000 <br /> Federal Grants Receivable <br /> <br /> This appropriation is being made in the event that additional stimulus monies become available for <br /> this project. This project will construct a new major collector road from the intersection of Palani Road <br /> and Henry Street to Hina Lani Street.
