Masuda, via Communication <br /> No. 497 dated August 18, 2009, authorizes a Grant Easement for Access Purposes to Amy B.H. <br /> Greenwell Ethnobotanical Gardens, Kealakekua, Hawaii <br /> <br /> Committee Chair Brenda .1. Ford relinquished her seat to Committee vice Chair Kelly Greenwell. <br /> Sections 2-120(a)(4) and 2-111(2), Hawaii County Code, the Council is authorized to grant easements to <br /> non-profits for particular purposes, subject to reverter to the County of Hawaii upon termination or <br /> abandonment of the specific purpose or closure to the public. <br /> <br /> Greenwell Ethnobotanical Gardens Executive Director Peter Van Dyke appeared before Your Committee. <br /> He commented the need to address unsafe curvature in road north of Park entrance and County to address <br /> that concern as soon as possible.
