thereon, shall be subdivided and dedicated to the County of Hawaii upon its <br />completion. <br />H. A Traffic Impact Analysis Report shall be submitted for review and approval by <br />the Department of Public Works prior to [the ~~~' ~~~'~~'~•~~~~~„ ~ ~~"Final <br />Subdivision Approval. Prior to the issuance of [le]a certificate of occupancy for <br />any portion of the subject property, the applicant shall be responsible for <br />constructing and/or paying for its pro rata share of any traffic mitigation measures <br />required by the Traffic Impact Analysis Report for the subject property. <br />I. Restrictive covenants(s) in the deeds of all the proposed lots within the subject <br />property shall prohibit the construction of a second dwelling unit on each lot. A <br />copy of the proposed covenant(s) to be recorded with the Bureau of Conveyances <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the <br />issuance of Final Subdivision Approval. A copy of the approved covenant shall <br />be recited in an instrument executed by the applicant and the County and recorded <br />with the Bureau of Conveyances in conjunction with the issuance of Final <br />Subdivision Approval for any portion of the subject property. A copy of the <br />recorded document shall be filed with the Planning Department upon its receipt <br />from the Bureau of Conveyances. <br />All development-generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and shall not be <br />directed toward an~djacent properties. A drainage study of the project site, if <br />required, shall be prepared by a licensed civil en ig'neer for review and approval by <br />the Department of Public Works, prior to submittal of plans for subdivision <br />review. Drainage improvements, if required, shall be constructed meeting with <br />the approval of the Department of Public Works prior to the issuance of Final <br />Subdivision Approval. <br />3 <br />
