Lee, via Communication <br /> No. 513, dated August 25, 2009, amends Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-254 <br /> (schedule 2. 20 mile per hour li?nit), paragraph (g), Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended) by repealing and deleting subparagraph (6) as follows, with any <br /> remaining clauses to be appropriately renumbered: <br /> <br /> "[(6) ` right Read, in Voleane Village.]" <br /> <br /> There was no testimony from the public on this proposed bill. <br /> Traffic Division Chief Ron Thiel appeared before Your Committee.
