Kenoi, dated <br /> August 31, 2009, presents a Request for Change of District Classification by Conrad and Joanne <br /> Dakujaku, at Waiakea Houselots, 1st Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-35:34. <br /> <br /> Bill No. 144 seeks to change the zoning from Single-Family Residential - 10,000 square feet <br /> (RS-10) to Industrial-Commercial Mixed - 20,000 (MCX-20) for the parcel which is <br /> approximately 22,300 square feet in size. The property is located along the west side of <br /> Kalanikoa Street, approximately 100 feet north of the intersection of Kalanikoa Street and <br /> Hualani Street. <br /> <br /> There was no public testimony on the matter. The applicants, Conrad and Joanne Dakuj aku, <br /> appeared before Your Committee.
