The <br />Planning Department has requested that the new standard language replace the existing language <br />found in Condition "I". The new standard language is as follows: <br /> <br />"I A drainage study shall be prepared by a licensed civil engineer and be submitted to <br />the Department of Public Works for approval prior to issuance of Final Plan <br />Approval.
