Selection in Compliance with 15 CFR 24.37. CONTRACTOR was selected to be a grant sub- <br /> recipient in compliance with 15 CFR 24.37. <br /> <br /> 9. STATE Responsibilities. STATE, not CONTRACTOR, will communicate with EDA on all matters <br /> of grant and project management, including explanation of terms and conditions and requests for <br /> extension of the EDA Grant end date.
