BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED <br /> <br /> Fireman's Fund Insurance has a grant program called "Fireman's Fund Heritage", which issues funds to <br /> fire departments throughout the United States for various needs. The Hawai'i Fire Department (HFD) was <br /> granted $6,792.00 from this program. Funds will be utilized to purchase computer connectivities to our <br /> existing Video Teleconferencing Systems for the fire stations that do not have VTC equipment due to the <br /> unavilability of an adequate infrastructure. These computer connectivities will allow us to meet training <br /> delivery needs to our front line personnel who work at these stations.
