The General <br />Plan needs to be updated to reflect this Charter amendment. <br /> <br />The Planning Director and both Planning Commissions have reviewed the proposed changes and <br />have provided favorable recommendations with no suggested changes to the language of the <br />proposed ordinance. (Please see Comm. No. 604.1) <br /> <br />The amendments to the General Plan are provided in the attached bill, previously labeled as <br />"Exhibit A" as attached to Resolution No.1 08-09, which I hereby submit for consideration by the <br />Council. <br /> <br />The communication that transmitted the resolution and exhibit ordinance is attached as well, for the <br />Council's reference. <br /> <br />Please place this bill on the agenda of the appropriate committee to meet on November 17,2009. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br /> <br />Comm. t'~o.
