The Multistate Tax Commission may make the <br /> <br />6 information available to a duly accredited tax official of the <br /> <br />7 United States, any state or territory, or the authorized <br /> <br />8- repres-eri-t-ciEive-- tnere-6f~-- for-tax purposes only. The. department <br /> <br />9 shall permit any county of this State, or the authorized <br /> <br />10 representatives thereof to access the income tax data of <br /> <br />11 applicants for real property tax credits." <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
