The proposed <br /> amendments are in Ramsayer format, and bolded for illustrative purposes. A draft copy of this <br /> resolution is attached with the proposed amendments incorporated therein. The amendments are as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Amending the title to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "A RESOLUTION URGING HAWAII STATE AND FEDERAL LEGISLATORS TO AMEND <br /> VACCINE LAWS TO INCLUDE THE RIGHT OF MEDICAL, RELGIOUS AND <br /> PHILOSOPHICAL EXEMPTION FROM [MANDAT ] ANY VACCINATION <br /> PROGRAMS." <br /> <br /> 2.
