Goodenow, <br />dated September 29,2009, is an ordinance to amend Chapter 14, Article 12, Section 14-71 and <br />Section 14-72 of the Hawai' i County Code (2005 edition, as amended), relating to the official <br />bulletin board, by changing the address of the official bulletin board back to the original location <br />at 25 Aupuni Street, effective December 1 S\ 2009. <br /> <br />Council Member Brenda Ford wanted to know the cost to build one of these bulletin boards, <br />stating perhaps more are needed to better notify the public. <br /> <br />County Clerk Kenneth Goodenow explained this ordinance is simply presented to coincide with <br />the anticipated re-occupancy of the newly refurbished County Building, and this action will <br />return the County Code to conditions existing before the move to the current temporary offices. <br /> <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose <br />and intent of Bill 157 and recommends passage at first reading. <br /> <br />bdw <br /> <br /> AYES NOES A&E EX <br />ENRIQUES X <br />FORD X <br />GREENWELL X <br />HOFFMANN X <br />IKEDA X <br />NAEOLE X <br />ONISHI X <br />YAGONG X <br />YOSHIMOTO X <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS AND <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELA nONS <br /> <br />
