COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 299 <br /> (Draft 2) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 9J 8 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 218, schedule 29 (Parking <br /> prohibited during certain hours on certain streets), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and <br /> to read as follows: <br /> ~ Puohulihuli Street, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on school days. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
