The Burial Treatment Plan shall be prepared and <br /> submitted to the Hawai'i Island Burial Council for review and approval. <br /> <br /> These plans shall be approved prior to the issuance of any land disturbance <br /> permits proximate to or affecting the archaeological features and/or burials <br /> <br /> required for preservation. <br /> <br /> <br /> P. A completed Cultural Impact Assessment Report shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by the DLNR-HPD prior to the submittal of plans for <br /> Plan Approval. <br /> <br /> <br /> Q.
