The resolution was amended by the deletion of <br /> item one (1) of the third WHEREAS clause, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "WHEREAS, bills are heard sooner during the legislative session, therefore [twee] two <br /> of the [five} four proposed resolutions have an accompanying bill and all are attached to <br /> this resolution, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> ] <br /> <br /> [2-. ] L Relating to the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) - A <br /> resolution urging the EUTF to conduct a feasibility study to establish a captive <br /> insurance program, and an accompanying bill to add a trustee to the board of <br /> trustees of the EUTF to represent the interests of the counties. <br /> <br /> [3-]2.
