<br /> F. The applicant, successors or assigns shall dedicate a portion of the subject <br /> property along the entire subject property's Mamalahoa Highway frontage, if <br /> required by the County of Hawaii, for future road widening improvements. <br /> G. A Drainage Study shall be prepazed and submitted for review and approval to <br /> the Department of Public Works. <br /> H. A Solid Waste Management Plan for the development shall be prepazed and <br /> submitted for approval to the Department of Public Works prior to issuance of <br /> Final Subdivision Approval. A copy of the approved Plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Depaztment for its files. <br /> I. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials, be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate azea shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural <br /> Resources-Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately <br /> notified. Subsequent work shall proceed upon an azchaeological cleazance from <br /> the DLNR-HPD when it fords that sufficient mitigative measures have been <br /> taken. <br /> J. Comply with all other applicable rules, regulations and requirements of the <br /> affected agencies for the development of the subject property. <br /> K. Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria <br /> for imposition of exactions or the assessment of impact fees, conditions included <br /> herein shall be credited towazds the requirements of the Unified Impact Fees <br /> Ordinance. <br /> -3- <br /> <br />
