Should the road improvements under the terms of G [and H] qualify as a <br /> federally funded project, in lieu of the actual construction, the applicant shall <br /> deposit with the County an amount equal to the cost of construction which shall <br /> be paid in a manner meeting with the approval of the Finance Director and the <br /> Chief Engineer prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy in the Village <br /> Commercial zoned area. <br /> [J] I• A Drainage Study shall be prepared and submitted for review and approval to <br /> the Department of Public Works, prior to submittal of plans for subdivision <br /> review.
