The budgeted and <br />encumbered funds will be transferred from the Clerk-Council Services' External Audit <br />Miscellaneous Contract Services account to the independent Legislative Auditor's External <br />Audit Miscellaneous Contract Services account for Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Audit, which is <br />currently being conducted by independent auditors, KPMG LLC. <br /> <br />Please contact me if there are any questions. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />(]fhw~rH- <br /> <br />Colleen M.
