Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking <br /> <br />prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), paragraph (c), South Hilo, <br /> <br />subparagraph (12) of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"(12) Kalaniana'ole Street, [mauka]south side, from a point [ffil:e <br />hundred]sixty-three feet west of the Seaside Restaurant driveway <br />and extending [twe]one hundred [scvcnteen]fifty-eight feet in the <br />easterly direction except between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 <br />p.m." <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br /> <br />and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> <br />2 <br />
