BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br />This project is to continue existing Kuakini Highway 4-lane cross-section <br />approximately 1.5 miles beginning at Hualalai Road and ending at Wai'aha Stream. <br /> <br />This is the federal funds of the project (State Project No. STP-011 0(2)).
