Ford, Council Member <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14, Article 1, Section 14-1 of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983(2005 Edition, as amended), Relating to Intoxicating Liquors <br /> Prohibited in Certain Public Places <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Attached please find a proposed amendment to Chapter 14, Article 1, relating to consumption of <br /> intoxicating liquors at parks. <br /> <br /> The bill proposes to amend section 14-1 of the Hawaii County Code by the addition of La`aloa <br /> Bay Beach Park.
