Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Keauhou, North Kona, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Multiple Family Residential - 30,000 square feet (RM-30): <br /> <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of this parcel of land and on the easterly side of <br /> Mamalahoa Bypass Highway, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "KEAUHOU COAST' being 1,637.58 feet <br /> South and 4,235.06 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br /> South: <br /> <br /> 1. 145° 50' 44" 119.98 feet along the easterly side of Mamalahoa <br /> Bypass Highway; <br /> <br /> 2.
