COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 156 <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~~ ~-~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COUNTY OF HAWAII GENERAL PLAN AS <br />ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. OS 25 AND AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 06 153 BY <br />AMENDING MAP 11 OF THE LAND USE PATTERN ALLOCATION GUIDE MAP BY <br />CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM URBAN EXPANSION TO OPEN AT <br />KEALAKEIIE, NORTH KONA, HAWAII. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI` I <br />SECTION I. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Map 11 of the County <br />of Hawaii General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG) Map in accordance with <br />Section 3-15, Hawaii County Charter, and Section 16.2 Interim Amendments, Hawaii County <br />General Plan adopted by Ordinance No. OS 25 and amended by Ordinance No. 06 153. <br />SECTION 2. The County of Hawaii General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide <br />(LUPAG) Map is hereby amended to designate the area affecting state-owned lands in the <br />vicinity of and south of Honok6hau Harbor located at Kealakehe, North Kona, Island of Hawaii, <br />from "Urban Expansion" to "Open." All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4.
