U POLICE CHIEF SUBJECT: MARIJUANA ERADICATION MISSION FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 2009 The Hawaii Police Department conducted marijuana eradication missions on November 2-3, 2009, in East Hawaii and November 4-5, 2009, in West Hawaii. As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Comments: Says that she doesn't trust the police and doesn't believe that monies being used during these operations are coming from grants, but are being diverted from other funds. Submitted By: Lt. Caller related she understood the job we were doing, and inquired how much longer will the overflights occur.
