<br />- <br /> <br />Deep-draft Harbor <br />25 moorings and a loading pier. The District Manager would like to move all <br />pleasure boats from these moorings and in to the South Basin making it safer to <br />maneuver barges and commercial craft. Presently the loading pier is in poor <br />condition. <br /> <br />Keauhou Boat Harbor <br />The District Manager said upgrades to Keauhou are complete except for capping <br />the mid-ramp finger pier, which is currently underway. <br /> <br />Kailua-Kona Wharf <br />Renovations to the pier were recently completed. All are in good condHion. <br />The 16' ramp is unavailable to the public for launching on cruise ship days. A <br />guard is on duty from 7 AM -7PM. The gate is locked after 7PM. <br /> <br />Honokohau Small Boat Harbor <br />Ramps, docks, heads and grounds all appear to be in good working condition. A <br />f1.ew wash down is planned with runoff diverted to the north and not into the <br />harbor. <br /> <br />3 <br />
