Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea Houselots, <br /> <br /> Second Series, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be General Commercial - 20,000 <br /> square feet (CG-20): <br /> <br /> <br /> Beginning at a pipe at the south corner of this lot and at the corner of Kino' ole <br /> Street and Kamana Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALA`I", being 2,628.01 feet south and <br /> 6,130.59 feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> <br /> Thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet, the chord azimuth and <br /> distance being: <br /> <br /> 1. 103° 10' 28.28 feet; <br /> <br /> 2. 148° 10' 100.00 feet along the east side of Kino'ole <br /> Street; <br /> <br /> 3. 238° 10' 170.00 feet along Lot 12; <br /> <br /> 4. 328° 10' 120.00 feet along Lot 14; <br /> <br /> -1- <br />
