<br />COUNTY OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAI'I <br /> <br />BILL NO. 195 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAW AI'I COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AI'I: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of these amendments is to assign the right-of-way at <br /> <br />the approaches to the subject one-lane bridges. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-265, schedule 13 (Yield <br /> <br />locations), paragraph (a), Hamakua, of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> <br />amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"() Old Mamalahoa Highway, southbound approach to Bridge No. <br />47-1." <br /> <br />"() Old Mamalahoa Highway, westbound approach to Bridge No. <br />47-2." <br /> <br />"() Old Mamalahoa Highway, eastbound approach to Bridge No. <br />47-3." <br /> <br />"() Old Mamalahoa Highway, westbound approach to bridge <br />adiacent to parcels 4-7-7:4, 4-7-7:19, and 4-7-7:90." <br /> <br />"() Old Mamalahoa Highway, westbound approach to bridge <br />adiacent to parcels 4-7-7:8 and 4-7-7:9." <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken material <br /> <br />and underscoring need not be included. <br />
