Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai'i <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Ponahawai, South Hilo, <br /> <br />Hawai'i, shall be Neighborhood Commercial- 20,000 square feet (CN-20): <br /> <br />Beginning at a point at the southeast comer of this parcel of land being also the southwest <br />comer of Lot 13-B and at the easterly side ofKomohana Street, the coordinates of said <br />point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being <br />1,995.29 feet South and 120.78 feet east and running by azimuths measured clockwise <br />from true South: <br /> <br />Thence, along the easterly side ofKomohana Street along a curve to the right having a <br />radius of2,960.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance being: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />1590 31' <br /> <br />41" <br /> <br />144.18 <br /> <br />feet; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />2490 08' <br /> <br />264.20 <br /> <br />feet along Lot 13-A-2; <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />3350 03' <br /> <br />169.95 <br /> <br />feet along Lot 13-A-2, to a point in the <br />middle of Alenaio Stream; <br /> <br />-1- <br />
