Kenoi, dated <br /> October 6, 2009, presents a Request for State Land Use Boundary Amendment to reclassify State <br /> lands from Agricultural to Urban, at Kahului 2°d, North Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-5-017:42. <br /> <br /> There was no public testimony.
