This ordinance shall take effect [upon its approval.] two years after <br /> <br />the Mayor has rescinded the emergency drought declaration enacted by Proclamation <br /> <br />on June 5, 2007." <br /> <br />The referenced Proclamation, dated June 5, 2007, is attached. <br /> <br />BJF <br />aU. <br /> <br />Comm.
