EXHIBIT 3 nSAMPLEn I I I I I I I I PUBL:IC NOT:ICE COUNTY OF HAWAI':I 199 CONSOL:IDATED/ACT:ION PLAN FOR THE COUNTY'S 199 CONSOLIDATED PLAN PROGRAM YEAR FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG), HOME :INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) AND EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAMS The Hawai'i County Housing Agency and the Hawai'i County Council have approved the County of Hawai'i's 199 Consolidated/Action Plan for the County's 199 Consolidated Plan program year with U the U.S. Department of Housing-and Urban Development (HUD) and-- have authorized the Mayor to execute and submit the 199_ Consolidated/Action Plan to HUD for the CDBG, HOME and ESG programs. The County of Hawai' i-pleins to utilize its 199 CDBG, U HOME and ESG funds for the following projects: - COMMUN~TY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM The County of Hawai'i has been informed by HUD that the County's total 199 CDBG allocation is $ .
