'" .' <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY OF HAWAU TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASKFORCE THROUGH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT <br />ADMINISTRATION, PURSUANT TO ~RS 46-..7,F()RA OCDETF GRANT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Organized .crime Drug Enforcement Task Force ,through the Drug <br />Enforcement Adminlstration, is desirous of providinitfunding for expenses for <br />overtime and travel costs incurred during specific investigations ,and prosecutions; <br />and . . .', <br /> <br /> <br />. . <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii County Police Department is ready and w;llingto proceed <br />with its obligations under the OCDETF Grant; <br /> <br />WHEREAS,pursuant to Sections 46-7 of the Hawaii Revised, Statutes, the <br />Federal government may enter into agreements with the C()uncll ,of the County of Hawaii <br />providing the expenditures or receipt of funds'orforother assistance; <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BElT RESOL.VED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAUthat <br />the Honorable StephenK.
